MackHaus's business strategy focuses on delivering a pioneering and secure solution for real estate investors seeking to invest in small properties. At its core, the proposal centres on employing computational design and digital fabrication to create modular, customisable buildings that can be assembled swiftly. By generating rental income, this approach minimises construction costs, reduces maintenance, and accelerates financial returns. The product combines design, manufacturing, and optional assembly into a comprehensive package supported by technical guarantees covering structure, safety, environmental performance, and durability — all of which help mitigate construction and financial risks. This solution addresses key concerns of investors, such as protracted construction times, tenant-related issues, and the high risk of property vacancies. These compact properties are designed to facilitate both traditional long-term rentals and short-term models like Airbnb or Vrbo, providing tenants with greater autonomy while safeguarding investor returns. The business model merges flexibility, speed, and customisation, offering a scalable and tailored real estate investment solution for modern rental markets.
