This article aims to establish approximations between the cinematic framework of science fiction about intelligent machines and the process of formation of the human imagination on the production of new technologies. From the selection and previous analysis of film posters dated from 1921 to 2018, it is hoped to constitute a visual collection that synthesizes the relationship between humanity and its intelligent machines.
