Accessibility at the São Paulo Energy Museum
2018
3D Scan and Prototype
PortoFabLab, Porto Seguro Cultural Centre
In collab with Juliana Harrison Henno; Tiago Pessoa
This project was part of the restructuring of the São Paulo Energy Museum, where, along with a major renovation of its building, the museum would feature comprehensive materials for accessible visits for visually impaired individuals. In addition to a tactile relief map to help understand the layout of the exhibition rooms, a replica of the counter-mould of the lighting poles from the Municipal Theatre of São Paulo was also created. The replica was derived from the original sculpture scan and produced using 3D printing.
